Yo, So this was originally supposed to be my video for levelup but i decided to do something diffrent for it. I tried to tell the story of the anime following the song lyrics. I rushed last part of the amv (i did the last action part in like an hour) because i wanted to wrap it up and start my levelup project. Hope u enjoy o/

It's not bad, but it's nothing special too. I'll put a full opinion later or tomorrow

Yo, so here's my opinion
I find your AMV nice, though it has flaws at the same time it has nice moments.
I'll start off by saying lyrical sync was definitely interesting and not bad, your use of transitions was cool as well, though
its nothing we wouldn't expect to see aha. I like the fact that you kept the effects you used to a minimum but as the AMV
progressed I was losing interest, I'd say try new things, I'm not saying go berserk with effects haha. Also think your pan/crop
needs a bit of work (0:05 - 0:08, 1:23, 1:28, 1:45) Using cam movements is fine but I think it became repetitive in your AMV
and also the one at 1:09 I find bad but 0:46 I enjoyed, the zoom-in at 0:04 wasn't pretty either, 0:08 I found that transition unecessary but that might just be me.
Anyway like I said your AMV is nice but as it progressed I was losing interest, it became predictable for me but good job anyways

Not bad. The lyric sync was nice, but in a few places the scene selection didn't feel to right. Also it was pretty easy to loose interest since for the action part it was pretty slow and as it went on there wasn't any change or anything so things began to get repetitive.

Anyway, keep it up!

There we're some places that i didn't like:
The transition on 0:04 is not that good because you zoom in and then the clip you're transitioning to zooms out which kills the motion
I didn't like the transition on 0:08 either it seems unnatural to go through hair ._.
You need to improve your cam movements.
The transition on 1:46 ruined the motion too
If you do an eye transition into the eye make sure you play with layers because sometimes it can look ugly.
Anyways it was pretty cool overall GG

Haha yeah, i was just experimenting with transitions xD
And thanks for the feedback man, i'll try to work on camera movements for next time o/

For the slow part of the song, the scene selection was good, mask too, but most of the transitions were not clean enough; 0.25 i like the idea but the way you used that effect is horrible; the video become boring when the chorus starts, clips are too long, the flow is nice but you didn't follow the beats at all. When the slow parts of the song starts (1.10) it lacks of dynamic, the shakes are too strong and slow, some zooms are too short and brutal, try to follow the beat to use them. The scene selection in the last chorus were not bad but you used to much brightness without using any new transitions/effects and as the first chorus i've found this part boring too.The video is not bad itself, but it's boring (as I already said), next time follow more the beats of the song, try new effects, don't put crossfades (only sometime) especially in the fast part of the song, maybe make more masks, and fix your zooms. Good luck for level up ^^
