Ok, so to begin, I discovered this song with two videos of the Soul's Team IC (MadaraxD & Flow)
And their video are just sooo good ^^ ! So I'll be more strict with you:

The (-):
-Too much cut transitions, and for many of them, they are bad placed !
-I didn't like the black color around the scene at many momments, like at 00:19
(If you wanna play the flashback, change the color too, like in black & white)
-I never seen this anime, but I found your amv too random
-The lack of rythm,
-2:08 to 2:09, what is that ?? / never re-use it !!!
-your zooms or zooms out are too hard
-your lips are not sync (if you tried to do it)

I didn't found any good points in your amv after 2-3 look of your video
So you can take, the (-), like councils to improve your skills

Yo, I didn't really enjoy your amv because it is too basic, Most of the clip was made up with rough cuts and messy overlays. Try to involve something new each transition instead of keeping the clip linear (we want to keep the audiences attention -desu yo) and It's also always good to experiment with different effects and masking.

Overall the pace of the clip is too fast. There were alot of fast cuts in the calm bit of the song that ruined the rhythm and atmosphere of the clip. It looked to me as if you were following a single piece of the song rather then the song in full (eg 1:05 the cuts are too fast for the slow part of the music) If you wanted to have a more emotional impact try following the music more closely this would help a lot. Another problem i found was the black border, I found it was too big covered up most of the clip try feathering it out or lowering the opacity so we can see the clip more clearly

So yeah there is a lot of things to work on but if you correct some of these things we should see improvement!

It's always good to see higher level amv's with the same song to get an idea on how they followed the same music.
