Anti anime/manga piracy

If you are too lazy to open the link I'll explain everything in few words. So
"On August 1, the government will start simultaneously sending requests to delete illegal anime and manga contents to the operators of the 580 foreign pirate sites which they have found. In addition, the operation will launch a new site to guide the fans to a legitimate site offering some 250 titles including
the latest ones at a cost of several hundred yen." (if you open the website you can check some images with the targets)

We won't be able to:
1) download anime
2) read manga every week (for example naruto,bleach,one piece ect)
3) upload our amvs on youtube

Nobody cares of youtube I know, but as the point one says, we won't be able to download anime anymore, no anime= no sources for editing.
This is it, we are all fucked.
